How long will it take to receive my order?

It may take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volume. Orders are usually processed quicker, but please be aware of this timeframe. Wholesale orders can take up to 2-3 weeks for processing depending on size, so please order accordingly.

 

How much is shipping?

Orders under 16oz will be exact shipping, anywhere from $3.50 to $5.50. Orders over 16oz (i.e. a glass bottle), will be a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $40 ship for free.

 

Since these products are natural, do they need to be kept in the fridge?

Nashglo Skincare products do not need to be kept in the fridge. All water based products contain an FDA approved baby-safe preservative to inhibit bacterial growth. Please know that if products are exposed to extreme temperatures, separation may occur. 

 

What is your return policy?

Because these are skincare products, they cannot be returned. Once they reach you, we do not know if they have been opened or used. This is an FDA policy. Please email nashgloskincare@gmail.com for any issues with your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any necessary photos. We do not guarantee a refund or replacement, but we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do what we can to make it right.

 

What if my pump breaks?

Please email nashgloskincare@gmail.com if your pump breaks or arrives broken. We will be happy to replace it free of charge.

 

What if my order gets broken in the mail?

We do our best to make sure every order is packaged carefully and inspected for quality control. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement as we cannot control how USPS treats packages. If your package arrives noticeably damaged and the contents are broken, please contact your Post Master and file a claim. They will need to see physical proof of the damage. Please email us at nashgloskincare@gmail.com to let us know your package arrived broken, and we will do our best to make it right. This will be done on a case-by-case basis.

 

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Your first steps should be following up with your post master. Nashglo does its best to make sure each package is scanned in, but sometimes things get missed by USPS. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and the post master, and wait a few days to see if it arrives. After that, please file a claim with the post office. Unfortunately, Nashglo does not have any control over your order once it leaves our hands. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.
